The firm of O’Brien Bartlett First National Real Estate commenced in 1991 as a small three person office providing a friendly and professional standard of real estate expertise to the Mudgee and Gulgong district. Since the inception of the business we have grown – but not too much and without jeopardising our friendly professional standards.

 

The business is a genuine family operation with two active working principals, a fully qualified marketing consultant, a full time marketing co-ordinator running a comprehensive client contact management system, two property managers, receptionist and accountant. Our enthusiastic team is complimented by a flexible yet systematic marketing methodology combined with the attainment of gold award status under the First National Best Practice accreditation programme.
